Same. I was told any cup and I was "Damn this is a great deal." For once being in college has paid off.

Was also able to get my gold card. The employee was really cool about the whole thing, even BSed with him a bit about how much it sucks living in our god forsaken town.

Went to the one at the mall in DE, would only give the cup or the gold card. I took the cup, lol. It was the basic cup for $8.99.

Got mine. Went in, they gave me my gold card and said pick out any shaker. Got the nice one with storage.

Did they ask for college id? I have graduated from college so many years and dont where i can get one

They gave me a specific cup. I even offered to pay the difference, but he said that the code on the coupon didn't work for any other cups. Did your employee scan the cheap cup then let you pick whatever cup you wanted?

No, he just scanned the cup that I picked out. FWIW on my receipt it shows $14.99 and then under that -$14.99.

I initially had picked out the cheapest cup (the regular clear "Blender Bottle") but when he told me ANY blender cup, I looked for the nicest looking one which incidentally was probably the most expensive cup and put the cheapo one back on the shelf (at no point did he scan the cheapo cup).

For those in NYC - Don't bother trying the one on the second floor of the Manhattan Mall. Employees and managers are a bunch of idiots. First I show the employee he claims that I have to have a physical print out of the offer. When I point out that it says bring a copy or show it to them on phone he goes oh ok. After reading the email he goes and consults the other idiots working there as to whether the promotion was still on going (the email clearly states it's till the 31st). Then they say ok, the promotion is for gold card (email clearly states gold card, shaker and 20% off) - when I point this out, the employee says oh I don't think that works, I can try. When hes entering my info into the system he asks for a promo code . . . wtf? I show him the email and say there is none. He then asks the manager what to do, the manager states that they have the code, but not to enter it cause I should have been given it in the email . . . WTF?! He then tells me sorry, can't give it to you without promo code.

5 minute walk later, I'm in the Penn Station GNC - show them the email and tada 5 mins later I'm walking out with my bottle and gold card. The manager of the Penn Station GNC said I have to buy something though, so I grabbed a drink.
