1saleaday has not shipped my order from 11 days ago and now they selling it on ebay too.. wtf. terrible company. avoid!!!! they said they will ship within 7-10 days. Waiting a week is a long time as it is. Making people wait even longer past what they say they will ship it by is unacceptable to me. I would not buy from them again if this is how they do business.

If you go to the livio store on eBay they open box versions of this for $29.99. Full warranty. No premium app though.

today is day 13 since i ordered off the other deal and my item still hasn't shipped. The first response i got from the company was the typical 7-10 business days bull. I sent another this morning letting them know that if the item isn't shipped in the next 24 hours i will be contacting the credit card company for a charge back.
