The rebates are processed by 4myrebate.com which is known to be generally good.. personally, I have got all of my MIRs within 6 weeks of sending across the documentation.. if you are willing to lose 10% of your MIR amount, you can go for "No Wait" option and probably get the money back within 3 weeks or so..
