Just gonna warn people that the mega energy and metabolism pills are pretty much useless.
Read all the reviews 1 star reviews, you won't notice any extra energy than you would if you took a sugar pill. Also when reviewing the ingredients I just found "ERROR" in all caps after the caffeine. ( http://www.gnc.com/product/index....er-4033441 ) Just don't want anyone else to make the mistake I did and buy these. I don't mean to threadcrap. That said, I would be interested to see if anyone could link to a study that shows taking any vitamin provides any measurable benefit to a healthy person with a reasonable diet. The studies I have read suggest there is no benefit.

The reviews for that Yohimbe 451 product are downright scary...I wonder how GNC figures it's worth the risk of selling? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The "natural" supplement industry is self, but poorly regulated. They're not regulated by the FDA, so they can claim whatever they want. They make a ton of money, so its worth the risk of lawsuits. Unfortunately it'll have to take someone dying or becoming extremely sick before they are removed from the market. I think most of these supplements that are not studied intensely by the scientific community are useless at best, and harmful at worst. Stick with a regular multivitamin (or eat healthier), whey protein, creatine monohydrate, BCAAs, calcium, caffeine, L-glutamine, DHA omega 3s, and any other substances that are well documented in science to be effective and safe. I had the triple strength fish oil pills for awhile and took one every morning after breakfast. By the time I was at work, probably about an hour and a half later, I would have one fishy after burp, but that was it. They're tolerable, just don't pop 3 on an empty stomach.

Also since i've been taking these along with bettering my diet slightly i have lost 28lbs and maintained that weight loss as opposed to the typical a-z drugstore multi's i was taking prior. .. which showed no real signs of benefit. Also the majority of the 400 ratings for the product are 5 stars.. way to fully read the reviews. Nice try in your attempt to mislead potential buyers. I feel better than I ever have the past couple of years and know that taking one of these a day plays a key part in me maintaining a healthier body. I RECOMMEND THE ENERGY & METABOLISM BLEND TO EVERYONE. Also I have experience with the Prostate and Heart blends which I will throw in the rotation once a week instead of the energy blend.
