Pretty fast CPU. I wish it had USB 3.0, but you cant beat that price!

Most people will also be paying tax, adds about $17 for me. If it came with a decent video card then I might jump on it for $300 but oh well.

With tax just under $300, hard to ask for much more really.

Assuming that one could get Office Depot to take the Staples coupon (which I was able to a few weeks ago on another deal), this one, G570 [officedepot.com], would be $350. Is the one at Staples worth $100 more?
Tried that trick too..every OD refused to honor it, saying that it has to be exact same model, and had received a memo telling them this...so either you got lucky (hitting a complete dufus) or know somebody at an OD to ring this through. If it is the former, good luck trying to get it again.

Better GPU or no tax would make this impossible to resist. As is, it is still really good, but I think I'm going to hold off.

I was actually surprised this was 2nd-gen (Sandy Bridge), most desktops at this price range have the first-gen i-series processors.

EDIT: Any mention of what PSU is in this or if there are any available PCI-E slots? Couldn't tell from spec sheet.

My experience with Lenovo has been nothing short of horrible. Simply put...cheap HW. No TC...just my experience.

Well technically yes a different code than the OP of the other references for the exact same desktop, but their title is $100 off Lenovo, so as a courtesy I would have chose to add this there to keep these together, and recognize the the other OP was there first.

In the end no big deal. The mods can figure it out.

The SDers will just have to look at both places to see which applies to them.

It is a 280watt psu... not much going on with it, 18amps on 12v rail, which is fine if you are using the onboard graphics, or a gt 210.

This board has one pci x16 slot and 2 or 3 x1 slots... also came with 7200rpm 1tb drive as suspected, info sheet is wrong last time.

To each their own, but I have bought 5 of them this year and no issues so far
