Ditto. My company had a desktop four-drive IX4 for a backup "NAS". After we lost the entire contents of the NAS due to a drive going bad and trashing the volume for the third time, I removed it and "recycled" the drives to the helpdesk. I would never trust anything I wanted to keep and didn't want to lose to an IOMega product. Additionally, IOMega is now an EMC company and these people are not good to deal with. If you lose your data, don't expect useful help from them in recovering it. Refer to example quoted above.
