I was told by the manager of my local Dollar Tree they'll only get bread on Tuesdays now, and it will be only bread. No more bagels, sandwich thins, etc. Not happy since I was able to get Nature's Own sandwich thins for $.45 with the $.55 printable coupon from a while ago. My store is small, no freezer section, so maybe they're redirecting the "good" bread to bigger stores.

FREE Pepperidge Farm Jingo's crackers! I found the full size box of Jingo's at Dollar Tree this afternoon - use the $1/1 coupon from SS (9/30/12) = FREE!! This is the same size box that Target sells for over $2.50 ea.

There is a $1 off 3 at coupons.com. In small print it says (redeemable at Walmart) but it is also a manufacturers coupon. I have not used coupons at dollar tree yet so I am not sure how they do the coupons. I hope it helps someone. http://www.coupons.com/coupons/?p...14&afsrc=1 |

Thank you both for responding. Repped you both for this issue. I tried to address this the diplomatic way (a month ago), but when someone doesn't respond to a PM, it is QUITE frustrating! I've never edited a wiki- I think I need to get over my fear of it one of these days. |

The first 2x I went and used coupons, at different stores, they had to call over a supv. to show cashier how to do it. 2nd store got upset that I was buying 10 toothpaste. I usually don't buy like that, but I didn't know when I'd be back there. She said there was a limit, and I said there wasn't one in the coupon policy, she said there was. Told her then (limit)should be clearly posted for customers. "It is!" Where? "On my office door!" Took me over there and started reading each line to me. ugh. But show me where there is a limit of 4 items, and she pointed to the last line where 'Management has right to limit...' etc. Ok. I have no problem with that but post it somewhere. She finally did ring me up, (I only had 14 items total) I even told her that they were expiring in 6months. So, this weekend I went back to the first store and when she called supv over to help, supv said can only use 1 coupon. (per trans) Told her that I thought she was misinterpreting the coupon policy, but said thats what her Manager told her. So she rang up one item at a time..one item per transaction. That was fine with me, other than it taking much longer and the poor people behind me weren't happy. Been meaning to call corp, Wonder if they'd call the store to explain to them they don't have to do it this way! I've been sticking with the 2 IP's per trans. |

My Dollar Tree actually lets me return and exchange papers that don't have inserts. Meow.
I am not a cat lover. My sister is deathly allergic to cats. When we were growing up we wore each other's clothes and if I ever even touched a cat, she would be ill for days. I learned to stay away from them and, just from habit, mostly still do. As I said, I am not really a cat lover. (Now CATS are another thing altogether!) |
