Also If you do not wish to obtain a promotional code via in-store method, you may request a free code from Jamba Juice by utilizing the customer service form on http://www.jambajuice.com/contactus. Free code requests will be responded to within 24-48 hours

For anyone getting the "technical difficulties" error, try spinning the wheel first, then registering. When I tried to go straight to registration, I got the error but after spinning the wheel, it all worked. It's nice that they actually provide a way to request a free code without having to use a mail-in, but that form is pretty long. Doubt I'll do this one every day, but will give it a few shots. Thanks for the post MLx3!

two things to share:
(1) accidentally entered a previously used code and it was accepted.. codes may be good for multiple use.
(2) do a screen print if you win anything more than a coupon. I won the "Venus Prize Pack" but nothing happened afterwards to confirm win. Per customer service, there is "a problem" and right now there is no way to determine whether or not my win actually went through. He took my info and promised to follow up, but also advised me to do a screen print "just in case." Luckily, I still had the browser open and was able to do the image capture.

Confirmed this morning, codes work more than once. Here are the 2 I have received from the 4 requests made.

congrats! Greg at Jamba followed up with me regarding my unconfirmed win. His email states: "Thank you for contacting Jamba Juice. Contest winners will be verified and then notified within 2 weeks via email with instructions on how to claim their prize."

so, I guess I will know within 2 weeks if my win actually went through, unless Greg meant 2 weeks after contest is over, not 2 weeks from win.
