Tmobile Prepaid SIM and activation kit FREE with FS

Anyone know, do these expire if they're not used by a certain date?

PS. Any decent cheap phones (GSM? unlocked?) to use this with a pay as you go plan?

Won't you get extremely slow edge speeds?

You would be better off with a company like unlimited everything prepaid company Straight Talk $45 a month unlimited everything, Simple Mobile, H20 with your iphone 4. At least then you would get actual 3g speeds.

Yeah, I thought the same thing when I read that guy's reply -- why bother getting one of these and cutting it only to get slow edge speeds? No point in having an iPhone then. Either get a TMobile smartphone or get Straight Talk........personally, I don't understand why anyone would get TMobile with Straight Talk out there -- but I guess some people who rarely use the phone for calls find the $30 plan to be worth it. TMobile just has such a tiny network comparatively......I wouldn't want to be boxed into what feels like tiny coverage areas when I can have the massive coverage area of AT&T.

That said, like I said, I'm trying to pick up two of these for FB and CL verifications........but the site is moving like molasses.

Edit: As soon as I posted this message, after it hanging on the "payment confirmation" page for like 10+ minutes, it finally went through! Hang in there and let it circle.....it will eventually go through apparently!

They must be getting slammed. I can't check out with either Opera or Chrome. I'm stuck on the " processing order" screen as well.

I text chatted with T-Mobile about the credit card thing. I was told that the buyer of the SIM is responsible for all future charges. I told the csr that I wanted to give one SIM to my nephew, the csr said it isn't a good idea because I am responsible for charges. The CSR also said they will run a credit check.

I don't see how that would be allowed. But that was what I was told.

You're right about that but it's a little reminder to me on how easily companies/people can get ur information. Imagine if they wanted your facebook info to make purchases in the future. Or they want to you verify your identity through your facebook. For some reasons I forsee something like that happening soon in the future. A new business model for online purchasing is to verify your identity through social media platforms.
