Yes Sandy Bridge isn't much slower than Ivy but some of us want to do light gaming and the HD 4000 can handle some games.
In that sense I pick Vaio over the Zenbook. I also don't really care for the XBOX. Would rather just pay less. To each his own. |

Not thrilled with the thick bezel, the crap 0.3mp webcam (no excuse), no HD4000 graphics. Ivy Bridge would be nice too. $860 is still a lot of cash to pay for not up to the minute generation tech IMO. XBOX 360 is nice, but not that nice. They're all over CL, ebay and Amazon.

so shud i pull the trigger guys? i jsut need a laptop for school that i can do programming on... i've been waiting for a deal on samsung series 9, hp envy 14 or 15, and samsung series 7... but none of those have come close to this price range..
