I think the jack problem is overstated. No issues on mine.

I got in on it when it was $64 with a free speaker. (Speaker is very good!). I bought to try mx browns entirely because everyone says they are so great. They are nice, but I still prefer my corsair K60 (with cherry reds) which can regularly be found for $70 or less these days on a decent sale. The Rosewill is a nice keyboard with no bells or whistles (no usb hub, media controls, etc). However if you are looking to buy a mech keyboard for $70 to $80 and you are using it for mostly gaming, get the corsair.

Also, no issues with the usb port on the rosewill.. yet. It does seem flimsy but apparently the issue is with the internals of the keyboard so I don't know how much damage has been done to that yet if any.

Awesome board for this price. I have both the reds (Filco and Rosewill), blues (Filco) and a tenkey with browns. Browns are certainly a good all around switch although I do prefer the reds for gaming.

I bought one of these during black friday last year. The mini-usb jack broke on me about 2 months ago. Since Rosewill no longer ships to IL, newegg offered me store credit.

The jack is pretty fragile. It may be fine if you never move your keyboard, but then again, mine was rarely moved and it still broke.

Any thoughts on why no ship to certain states? This is the first time I'm seeing this for non-alcoholic items. WTF!?!?!

as covered many times before, it is an issue of recycling laws in those states. They have recycling requirements for the manufacturer and rosewill/newegg does not want to deal with it.
