Its all the Flash plugins that F-Book and others are forcing everyone to use. Poorly written, memory hogs, only work with super computers (lots of memory) and latest versions of OS , browsers, and plug-ins.Adobe sucks, Java sucks F-Book sucks, and everyone that bow down to these idiots also suck!!I mean really, Adobe has an update 2 times a week... Who needs Version number that go this deep - 11.3.300.2xx???Java, version 6, Update 33, (build 1.6.0_33-b03)... REALLY???
I haven't heard anything about Charlie Sheen in a while.... I wonder what he's up to?
I believe the proper role of government is to provide for the people only those critical functions that cannot be performed by individuals or private organizations and that the best government is that which governs least. |

If any one knows how to fix PLEASE let us know! I just spent ~3 hours trying to fix this and it's still broke. SlickDeals needs to disable any Facebook linking until they get this major bug fixed! They need to go back to a SlickDeals version that works. Rodger |

I can't open a lot of pages and topics. I'm getting just blank white pages. That didn't happen until today.

I'm still having the same issue. Sometimes a page will load on the first try but mostly I have to refresh 2, 3, even 4 times to get pages to load completely.

Due to the current SD settings, I'm not comfortable with everyone knowing who I rep and what I say in my reps. Google login was causing the pages not to load. We disabled it until it gets fixed. Do the pages load now?

My computer uses Norton Internet Security 2012 and i am using Firefox 14 as a web browser. If I go to the Firefox Add-ons Manager then select Extensions and disable the Norton Toolbar 2012.7.5.2, the web pages load normally. If i enable the Norton Toolbar 2012.7.5.2 Add-on, SlickDeal web pages get stuck on "Read static.ak.facebook.com". I do not know why this works but for now I'm happy. Hopefully this helps someone else. |

 I could KISS you right now!! I just tested on replies, on new threads, on updates to threads and ALL ARE LOADING!! Excellent!! Just cuz I'm a curious cat, do you know why it was only affecting a few of us? In other words, do I have something weird in my versions, in my software setup that was doing the blocking? Thank you thank you!! I hope that worked for everyone else that posted here having the same issue!!! Edited: Crud. Now this morning I'm seeing some pages not loading again. Crud.crud.crud.
