I bought the new one (it says Condition: Brand New in the confirmation email). But when I click on the item in my order history, it shows refurbished, same seller.

it says Brand New at the top, but in the product Q&A down below it says the item is seller refurbished with a 90 day warranty.

Had this phone when it first came out. Good device, the ball seemed a little out of place but overall the device was solid. Camera was good for a 5mp. Since it runs Android without any molestation from the carriers, it is pretty snappy for it's intended purpose. Tethering works without being rooted and there is a TON of aftermarket ROMs and accessories. Battery is a bit mediocre, but that plagued many Android devices of its time.Wouldn't really recommend it for AT&T as only edge will work.

Not a bad price, many of the older dual core phones can be had at similar prices if you are ok with it being used. I recently picked up an LG G2X(dual core, 8MP, front cam) off ebay for the same price of this device.

Given that there is probably a seller restocking fee I would probably contact them asap to confirm whether it is new or refurbished. Better to find out now then to go through the hassle of trying to return it later on.

I emailed them asking if they had more new ones in stock, and this is what I got.

Dear Customer,

We currently do not have any more new Nexus One in stock, in fact we have not had them available for a while now. We do have Refurbished in stock.

There seems to have been a listing error that resulted in it showing a new condition for a little while. Anyone who did buy it while it was listed as new should be receiving an email asking to either cancel the order, as we have no way of getting them, or keeping the order for a refurb with an additional memory card.

We are sorry for the confusion.

Was going to buy until it was refurbed. Knock it down $30 more then we'll talk...

Yes; this item is refurbished - not new. Both sellers HeightsDeals and BlutekUSA offer the refurbished phones for $120. New phones are listed for $200.
