Would thi sbe good for storing 1080p movies?? I have a 1tb and 2tb that are almost filled. Or would the $114 WD 2th WD20ears be better?

So $84.99 apiece with the promo. Probably the lowest we'll see on 2TB drives. I've been waiting for them to come down sub-$100 so I could grab 4... I guess this is the deal. I know I'd be kicking myself for not pulling the trigger if the price on these hasn't come down any more in another month.
I was looking at the refurb'd WD drives from NewEgg's email blast but the warranty on those is 90 days. Anyway I'm happy. Well, not happy to have spent ~$400 but happy I finally found a semi-reasonable price after ~3 months of waiting. Un cul vu n'est pas perdu.

Note.. read the reviews at Amazon.. supposedly not a good drive for a desktop computer... great for video, etc.. I would have pulled the trigger and not known any better.

I bought this type of drive as external for 60$s couple of months back and someone on CL was also selling me one for 60$s but I have not seen any bare drive for 60$s, I am not sure what is the reason. BTW on the side note the saga of price slide has begun we should see 60$ by TGD aka BF.
