Linda called me this morning to advise that she spoke to someone she trusts in their accounting department and that the checks were physically mailed on Monday. So, we'll see, but I'm not holding my breath.

To all those who have not been paid (Phase I & possibly Phase II) for this Ad Reaction (Digital Ads) study posted a couple of months ago, I finally received my incentive check TODAY from Murray HIll/Reliable Recruiting.

Although it wasn't an easy task chasing Murray Hill and finally having to contact the client itself, @Vig2000 and @RedHeadSuperMod should be thanked as well. After TWO months of runarounds, false updates and lies, the client (Millward Brown) was shocked and apparently received a "HUGE apology" from Murray Hill/Reliable.

Although it has finally been resolved, be wary SD'ers of this company - I have a really bad taste in my mouth moving forward.

Thanks for the warning and I am so happy you finally got some resolution about payment. I hope I will see payment for the computer study I recently participated in.

Yes, I was ever so thankful when I found a $200 check in my mailbox today. You're right, eternalom, it's been two months of nothing but lies and runarounds. Murray Hill/Reliable Recruiting (or whoever they are) is disgusting and these scumbags should be ashamed of themselves. I, for one, will never, ever do another study for them again. I sincerely hope word of this gets out and they never secure another client's business again!
