Clubs are a hard thing to judge. You would have to demo the club before purchasing it, from my experience. Also, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Driver and putter are probably the most important clubs in your golf bag and if they are working for you, then keep them.

I'm pretty sure I will forever be stuck in the drivers of a decade-plus ago, like the Titelist 983K and 975J. 365cc is my max. Anything beyond that could never give me confidence standing up to the ball. I feel old saying this (I'm only 30, so not some old crotchety bastard), but these things are just hunks of metal at this point. There is no confidence-inspiring pear shape or tear drop designs.

I guess I'll have to give in at some point, but I'm really not in the market for heavily perimeter weighted clubs.

If you haven't tried a new club since the R7 era (2007) You owe it to yourself to see what has happened in golf tech. This RBZ driver could probably slay a dragon. That is all.

Ever tried the Bridgestone J33R drivers? 420 or 460 cc's, loved those clubs, great deep face drivers with a classic pear shape.

in 4 1. so excited. Also used my Chase Freedom card to get 4pt for every $1 spent, essentially 4% CB. I wish Discover had 5% CB for TGW but I'll take this.

Thanks for the reply, I should have clarified, I don't have a burner either, I was just wondering if this is worth the extra money

The Bridgestone J40s are pretty amazing. Normally a 270-280 hitter, I hit a J40 350 yds yesterday. It just feels amazing, this new technology.
