Where to buy Guild Wars 2 for early access?

I want to get Guild Wars II right now for early access. I'm willing to pay 60-80. I have a couple of questions though.

Is digital collector edition worth the extra twenty bucks?

Where can I buy it so I can receive access for the code to play immediately? I see it on amazon, but not on newegg. And on newegg I can get cashback (4%)
