Amazon has the Ultrasone HFI-580 for about the lowest price its ever been. These headphones are direct competitors with the Audio Technica M50, Beyerdynamic DT770's, and other audiophile headphones in that price range. I recently ordered a pair of these to compliment my open-ear headphones, can't wait!

TIP: To avoid the stigma of literacy, listen to audio books.
And if you do want something full-size like this, either do what the above poster mentions and modify your headphones, or at least get a model that has removable cables. For example, my Ultrasone Pro 650 came with multiple cables that can just screw in easily. With Ultrasone, any of the "PRO" line can do this (or the DJ1 Pro, which is just a re-branded PRO 550, just as these HFI-580 are rebranded as the regular DJ1's). The DJ1 Pro come with multiple cords, one of them is about 2.5 feet long.
