Amazon to charge sales tax CA Sept 15, 2012

Has anyone pointed out this little tidbit, which can be found in Article I Section 9 of this little document called 'The Constitution'...

"No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State."

Maybe I should visit the Library of Congress and scan it from the original document to convince you that it's actually there? Call your local Congressman and complain! This is a clear violation of your Constitutional Right. Sales tax is designed for individual states to extract revenue from the purchases of the citizens living within that state, so that those funds can be redirected back to those exact same citizens (living in that state). To tax another states' citizens would extract wealth from the people of one state and redistribute it to the citizens of another state. That is not right, and that is why it was put in The Constitution, so that states' do not use measures like THIS to extract wealth from other states.

If this is valid, then I wonder how they (in state tax collectors) manage to ignore it? Find a lawyer looking to get some serious ducks if true.
