Public Announcement category
SD should add a Public Announcement category. I believe there were times that mods deemed some PA worthy of being viewed in Hot Deal due to the nature and higher exposure and may had temporary stickied them. Matters ranging from a safety defect recall of a posted deal to potential stolen credit card information from a posted deal. I might be imagining them and welcome the correction.

safety defect recalls are usually found in the lounge forum.
if someone happens to post it in deal talk, that's fine too. depending on the merchant, how many viewers are in the thread, thread activity, potential credit card security breach may be posted in hot deals. once activity dies down, it will be moved to deal talk. like us on facebook [facebook.com] and follow us on twitter [twitter.com]
