Husky 5 piece mini pliers $5

I own them, picked them up when they were $9.xx in-store.

They are pretty solid and I am very pleased with them. I picked them up as a spare set of tools to keep in the car.

I've used the diagonal nippers often. The channel lock is awfully small for that type of tool but if you were working on something of a small diameter in a tight space it might also be worth having.

FWIW, the entire handle is rubber like material, not just the red part. So you don't need to worry about the the soft grip peeling and leaving nothing but hard plastic. At least my set is that way.

I really like the black nickle finish, I'd love more tools finished like these (and as cheap).
