I'm sure they will have a few in store to. I have one coming from Amazon but I wonder how flippable these will be.

It is not D3 collection. I take the chance that it will not sold out and will have discount in the future.

Anyone have any luck seeing these in store? Frys.com shows them as Unavailable for pickup.

any deals on the regular version? Looks like all the $48 ones were pre-order and now it's $60 everywhere i can find.

Having played GW2 since early start, I'm willing to bet this won't happen. It's always hard to know this early, but ANet has really broken the mold with GW2. It's been fantastic, and kind of "special" like WoW was when it first came out. My gut tells me Gw2 is going to do very well, and the CE's will only go up in value. (Of course, I've been wrong before. *cough* SWTOR *cough*)

D3 CE sold out before it was released. GW2 CE is not. That's the difference.

Best Buy had plenty of D3 CEs after launch. I bought a number of them a week after launch.

I think we're going to find that's not going to be a difference. Again, I could be wrong, but I'm willing to bet we never see a discount on GW2 CE, that it eventually sells out, and then we start to see price inflation. Retailers won't discount the CE unless it's not selling well, and if my experience in the game is any indication, sales are only going to go up as GW2 catches on. The fact that there's a $D thread (this one) pointing out where you can find software *at retail* is a good sign that the CE is becoming scarce.

I sold a D3 CE for $200 in eBay on 5/20. You said a lots of D3 CE in Bestbuy store a week after launch (5/23). Such a joke. I bet you never have a receipt.

I sold over 40 x D3 collector and it was a bitch to get every single one of them..Newegg , Amazon had a limit of one per account, same with bb.com

Frys and BB were sold out the first night..while I got more from BB was only because I made friends with the local BB employee and he'll order them for me from their warehouse after the game got removed from BB website

I went to every local store: Target, Walmart, Gamestop...heck even khols and they were sold out 1 day after release.
