Harmony one is a great stable remote for me. I love it... It even works great with my PS3, the only thing it doesn't do with my setup is turn on/off the PS3 which is no biggie to me since I have to put in a game or take out the game. I am using the $10 dongle that came with a remote and it works great. |

mine has a line going across middle of screen, they are saying i damaged it. supervisor over-rode it so finally its being replaced. i notice the battery on this thing sorta sucks. guess its good ill have 2 charge stations now

I have the female voice prompt remote used by replace the ones use by the cable company that was a good harmony replacement. But you have to learn a lot of the buttons takes time to do that. It's base on a female so she walks you through each command if you got it right she'll tell you. She'll also say battery is low.. When I ask for a tablet they shouldn't tell me to go into the pharmacy to get one!

I got mine in the mail today from TigerDirect...
It was completely DOA on arrival, will only turn on into "Safe Mode", won't sync with computer for firmware update, nothing. My brief call with Tiger pointed me to Logitech customer support to resolve my issues and Logitech after being friendly and helping troubleshoot for 30 min told me the device was defective and i'd need to talk with TigerDirect  I guess I'll be calling TigerDirect back tomorrow but I'm getting prepared for finger pointing, on the invoice it states "IMPORTANT:This item is exclusively supported by the manufacturer and cannot be returned due to manufacturer restrictions. Please contact Logitech at 1-510-795-8500". |
