I bought two watches from Ashford(one was $2500, another was $1500). Both watches looked like new(cleaned?) but the boxes looked like used. they may be returned by customers. They don’t offer receipt. You cannot get warranty from manufactory.

I've dealt with their customer service a few times and was extremely satisfied. It wasn't because I had a problem with a watch. I just wanted to be sure before dropping $1k on a watch. They offer their own 2 year warranty. The manufacturers won't warranty it because their prices are too low. |
