Just picked one up in store with a Staples ad in hand.They PM'd no problem,in fact one of the drop downs under 'Reason for Override' is 'competitor pricematch'.Then the next drop down is 'Choose store',and it has Staples,BB,Officemax, etc. right on the screen. Also,the second line of the rebate says the minimum price on the receipt should be $25,so all good there. Thanks and rep.

Thank you for the reply, PossumLodge. I just placed the order and got 2 confirmation from OD. The first one was for the original price, the second one was for the adjusted price. Both of the order has the same confirmation...so which email receipt should I send in for the rebate?

Be sure to send in the $79.99 receipt that OD sent in the email if you PMed online. Otherwise you will get $30 back instead of $60.

Not sure if get $30 or $60 back. Did the price match and the OD customer rep placed the order for me and the total order came out $30+tax. No way to get the invoice before PM for me.
Chat with two rep to place one order for me and the other for my wife. Interestingly, the first rep did not waive shipping fee so I choose pick up and pay in store. The second rep said cannot offer store pick up but waive my shipping fee even without asking. Nice deal and thanks op if I can get two $60 back in the mail (will use different addresses)

idk. my rep told me to buy it at $79.99+tax then give her the order number so she can adjust. So I got 2 emails from OD (one for $79.99 and another for $29.99)

This is why I placed the order online first, and did not call to place it. I got the big dollar receipt that I will submit, both at the time of placing the order and an email. Better safe than sorry.

Did you guys mail out the invoice with full price to get the rebate or just send the one after PM? Thanks if anyone could answer me since I only get $30+tax invoice and not sure if I could get $60 or $30 though the rebate form only says eligible purchase of $25 and above.

The CSR placed an order for me and the total came to $30.00.

Do you think when I submit the rebate I will get $30 instead of $60?. Has anyone gone this route let us know if you got the full $60 even though the receipt showed $30, when you did the rebate last time for similar deal?

The rebate clearly says purchase greater than $25 will qualify for the full $60 rebate which comes in the mail. There is no way you get only half if you paid 30 bucks plus tax, do not listen to any nonsense like that. I did this deal back in April and can confirm 100% that it doesn't matter what the invoice says, as long as its greater than $25, and you provide the UPC you are good to go. Don't listen to trolls please, the only YMMV in this deal is getting the price match, everything else is easy.

I ordered one and selectd to ship to the store in tax-free state. But weird thing i still get tax charged. Does it happen to some one else?
