Says right in the title it's good for online orders. It would be pretty obvious if your location isn't participating when it kicks back an invalid code message.

If so, then Papa Johns has no right to refuse it because the order has been placed and confirmed. Of course this would be after you log-in and choose your local store.

Saw the slick deal.
Tried to order it online while she was on her way there.
Deal did not work.
Kept saying code did not work for what was in order.
Got stuck paying full price ONLINE for the ONLINE ORDER !!

Well I don't know the layout of your town, but you didn't have to order there full price. Also, keep in mind that some "specials" make it so the coupon will not apply. For instance, I tried adding a "2 liter soda for $2" to the cart, but that made it so I couldn't use the coupon - so I took it out.

You need to order from the "view menu" link at the top, which is regularly priced items. If you did that, didn't add any specials, and still didn't get 50% off, c'est la vie.

I'm still confused how you "got stuck" placing the order, but oh well. Have a good night.

A good general rule:

From the "Order Now" page, the specials listed on the left sidebar will not work with 50% off codes. Everything in the middle should work, and most if not all of the items in the box under "My Cart" on the right side should work as well.

Sorry this frustrated you. If it said this "code did not work for what was in order" then the code would work for you if you ordered regular menu items and not something on a promotional price. When a code is invalid, it says it's invalid. Play around with it for next time and you'll see how to get your best deal. I always choose the Works and modify it to my taste for a better price than just adding toppings to a plain pizza.

Worked fine for us in Honolulu Save 50 bucks for 4 lg pizzas - Repped!
