Inventory Checker is broken

You can go to a store and they can search surrounding stores for stock if they do not have it in stock.

Do NOT call 1-800-Number, they will probably tell you the item is not "carried anymore" or something. Well, it is, but only in store as a clearance item. You need to actually go to the store and check the surrounding area to find one if that store does not have any.

Tags not updated in some stores yet so you might get lucky. Price drop was on 8-23-12.

EDIT: ANOTHER PRICE DROP TO $339.50, mostly display models left at this point.

Note: I already upgraded with with an inxpensive Crucial 7mm SSD, keep in mind that you need a 7mm SSD, not the 9.5mm SSD which is very common.

It comes with a 320GB drive which the OS boots from (stock) and SSD is almost a must on these, I modded a Crucial c300 to 7mm by removing the spacer...it boots up in about 12 seconds or so after post.

Try and find a store that has more than 2 in stock. If there is only 1, usually it's the display. Also, since it's back to school time, most staples will be jammed with parents and kids. Might take a while before someone in the store can help.

I was able to get the guy to find it somehow but I had to use Google maps and feed him zip codes of the Staples stores near by. Took about 10 minutes for 5 stores because the process was so cumbersome.
