I take these. They call for three a day, but I only take two. Which if you read the reviews, I'm not alone.
These vitamins are very potent. The only thing bad I will say about these vitamins is they make your urine neon yellow which means they might have went a little overboard with the b-vitamins. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. |

I take this as well. Just switched to Solgar and I gotta say, the Solgar vitamins smell really bad (it makes me not want to take them at all). I will be switching back to ON when I get these. Thanks OP, paid 18 something two months ago or so.

this are awesome vitamins. I would say the best out there are animal pak but only if you are heavy lifting. These get the job done great.
