How & where to get a World Elite MasterCard & other top tier credit cards.

World Elite Mastercard (WEMC) is the top tier credit card for those with excellent credit, among other requirements--- depending on the card issuer.

Below are the companies that offer this card. In some cases, you cannot apply directly, you have to receive an invitation from the company. Or, in some case(s) you have to call the company to get an application, you cannot apply online. :

NOTE: This card has the lowest APR I have seen on a WEMC or any credit card for that matter--- it is only 6.24%. The next lowest I have seen is for a Visa Platinum card from Simmons First National Bank with an APR of 7.25%.
This card charges a foreign transaction fee, which most do. However, the Citibank WEMC do not charge a foreign transaction fee, neither does the JP Morgan Palladium VISA credit card.

Note: The Saks card and MasterCard is operated by Capital One. It appears you must have a Saks Store Card account before applying for the World Elite MC.

Note: You must call 1 888 844 4444 to request an application be mailed to you for their World Elite MasterCard. You cannot apply online. Their card is called "Priority RewardsSM Premier World Elite [MasterCard) Credit Card" . This bank is a division of BNP Paribas (Banque National de Paris), which also owns Bank of the West and other companies.

UPDATE: You may also call direct at 1 808 643 CARD to apply. I would suggest getting a physical application although, just so you have a record and can make a copy before you send it off. I received the physical application in the U.S. Mail.
