Just got the message in my Ebay.
2% bonus cash back on all purchases over $50, or if you have not paid for your items wait until tomorrow. 2% is the base then another 2% of the base for a total of 4% cash back. You pair this with Chase Ultimate Rewards with their 5% back for 9% cash back. Not much but if you are buying a $1000 computer, than its $90 in your pocket!
