Even my Citizensbank will charge a 10% China "Foreign Exchange Fee" if i buy anything from china with my debt card online. (So i go thru Paypal, because it's CA based  though still just as greedy, taking 3% of all transactions even from donations)

Just got these, and they are pretty snappy. They work okay thru windows but like others have said, direct light is needed to get the max speed, they are on par with say an xmods in speed.
