I would put it in your cart and wait until another price drop. You can also use one of the price watching sights that follows items on Amazon. |

For about the same price per battery, you can get the Amazon Basics Low Discharge batteries. They work just as well as eneloops, but maybe just a bit less capacity, but not much less. Solid deal with those too. Others to consider are any of the other low discharge NiMH batteries out by various companies. I bought the A/C Delco ones from Monoprice. They work nicely. Also have some Duracell low discharge as well. Also good. Just make sure they are the low discharge "ready to use" type NiMH or you won't get the same performace out of them. The older NiMH discharge about 40% in a month, and will be dead in 2-3 months. The newer ones are 80% over 6 months of sitting or something like that. Much better product. |

http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasic...tteries+aa An 8 PK of Eneloop are even cheaper, $16.35 http://www.amazon.com/Sanyo-enelo...op+8+pk+AA You have to know how to use Amazon well. Took me about 5 mins to find these again for this low price. So you get the better battery and cheaper also. These new 2nd generation Eneloop batteries claim to recharge 1500 times and will hold 75% of there charge for 3 years. I have heard nothing but good things about these batteries. I'm changing over to them from the Energizer batteries with the quick charge. Having them be able to hold on to there charge is great for my photography equipment. I've had to buy AA's at the store so I could use my flash because I thought the energizers would hold there charge and would be ready next time I needed them for my off camera flash. |

Damn it, I bought it a week back when it was $29
Then I saw it drop to $27, then $24 Still a great charger. Bought some new Eneloops, and got them all up past 2200mA with a refresh. Remember, Eneloops claim minimum 1900mA. I had borrowed my friends PowerEx C9000 to "Break-In" my first 4 AA's. Got them to about ~2035mA Put the same 4 AA's into the BC-700 and got them up past ~2200mA Now the price is up to $33, but I would still highly recommend this charger. Especially now, they're shipping the newer revisions. |
