You so won't regret this TV. I got the 73-C10 and friends still marvel at it watching BLU-Rays or some MW3.

save for size it does everything a LCD or Plasma would do and works well at large screen sizes like this to keep price out of the stratosphere |

i own a WD-65833, the picture is great. i also have a 42'' plasma in the bedroom, the DLP is far superior. i'm not a fan of LCDs and all the processing of the image that goes on either. not to even mention the price vs size range... Mitsu DLPs are great TVs, personally I spring for the Diamond editions for all the extras... but if you don't need them, then these are great. ROFL...

DLP projectors are also used in RealD Cinema and newer IMAX theatres for 3-D films. |

Incoming thread crappers.
I have a 60" Mitsu DLP and it rocks, I had originally purchased a 73" but they delivered it broken and I had to return it. Glad I did now, as the 73" would have been a bit too big for my space.. but I would have made room for it somehow! These are not the same as old rear projection TVs, they are nice and bright.. and not heavy at all. The only downfall is that if you plan on hanging them on a wall, you won't be able to. Otherwise, they weigh the same, or less, than a LCD/Plasma of the same size. |
