Yes, the 3 pieces of data that you need for the rebate filling are all on the Register(pick up) receipt.

They do make a 5w-20, just doesn't seem to be carried anywhere near me. I need it for my Ford Ranger, 5W-30 seems to kill my gas mileage....

Has anyone gotten their rebate back from the oreily deal ? Mine has been processing since August 1st. This rebate has taken the longest out of any rebate I've done.

Can you do both the advance and o'reilly? Does the rebate come from the manufacturer or separate entities (part stores)

Just want to make sure as i have not done an easy no mail rebate in years.

after i did everything online it never says to mail anything anywhere???

and i am fixing to do this again i did the one for 2 weeks ago, and since this is a new rebate should be free again???

Actually everything but the register number is on the pick-up receipt. I just picked mine up yesterday. I just enetered register 1 on the rebate form and it went through. Oil was 19.99 online vs 25.99 in store.

There should only be about 1/4 of a mile/gallon difference in gas mileage between using 5w-20 and 5w-30.

Sorry to hear that your Ranger has other issues contributing to your poor gas mileage.

I had mailed a rebate form last month from AAP, some of the rebate items were Valvoline oil, Stp motor oil treatment and oil filter+air filter. I had 2 seperate receipts, the Valvoline oil on one 'receipt and the rest on another. AAP only sent me $20 rebate for the Valvoline. They said it has to be on the same receipt to qualify.

Do we need to send the original UPC from the box in the mail or does this MIR work just with an online submission? I am confused from the instructions on the rebate process so would appreciate if someone can tell me who has successfully received this rebate.

No UPC to cut out, the oil would be all over if you had to do that! But seriously, you just fill out the rebate online, its all on the store receipt. Once you've completed the rebate online, you will get an email stating so. Eventually you will get an email validation that they have approved it and it is in final process for the $20 advance amer express gift card. I just used my last AA rebate for Next-Gen oil to pay for half the bill at dinner this evening w/my wife.

Wait! U freaking me out! OK, lets try this...the deadline is not over to submit for the #10017 rebate. Do another form for those blarney azzes!!!! I sent in mine Thursday...two separate receipts on one rebate. Im up and looking to redo! Copy, Whiteout and resubmit is not beyond me.

Update: 45 minutes later: new rebate letter is sitting in mailbox with flag up. Its a rather pretty nite and thank u.

Guys, stop making this rebate so hard. Just send in the form and copy b4 the deadline. U don't have to choose the online way. It still requires u to send something in.
