Apparently I was at Bestbuy to checkout Sony XB700 which my nearest store, unfortunately, did not carry. So I started checking out all the headphones on display and this happened to be one of them at 149$ price tag. I compared these to many: Sennheiser, Sony, Soul by Ludacris, Beats but somehow I liked/loved them among the rest. Music was Crisp and Clear. Balanced. Bass was good (Not too overpowering like *generic* extra bass headphones).

I come home, get on to Amazon.com to take-a-chance with XB700. Just before clicking "Place Order" I searched for CitiScape Uptown and to my huge surprise they were/are on sale for 39.99$ (73% off MSRP of 149$)from J&R Music. Immediately bought one.

If they're crooked like OnSale (from last year's touchpad fiasco), they will ship direct orders first then amazon orders. unlikely
