The second video shows bad lagging.
The third video...are you serious. That's not 25 fps at all and it's obviously low settings.

You obviously don't know anything about GPU and it's clearly showing. To think integrated graphics are comparable to ANY dedicated graphics card is inane. Just stop, please. The 630M runs the above games your mentioned at medium settings and it's a noticeable difference compared to the videos you posted.

The first video, ever heard of switchable graphics? He turned off his 7770. If you even think a lil, would the 7770 be running at that fps on low settings?

second video, lagging yes, playable? yes.

third one, low settings =/= not playable

All I'm doing is proving you wrong. You clearly said it can't play any of the games you've mentioned, and obviously it can, laggy as you said but still playable none the less. Besides that you've stated it can't play "ANY" games which you're obviously wrong. I'm pretty damn sure I can play minesweeper at max setting on it.

Jokes aside, I'm playing street fighter IV AE on mine, and that's a pretty new game, not that graphic intensive but still very very much playable at 55.401fps.

So now you're saying its not comparable to "ANY" dedicated graphic cards? Its better than low end graphic cards at the very least, shitty cards but still a dedicated graphic cards.

Even with my "lack of gpu" knowledge can prove you wrong, so how knowledgeable are you really?

Street Fighter IV is a "new" game (technically came out last year before Capcom repackaged it for the ultimate edition) but I bet it's not graphic intensive at all since it's a fighting game. The only graphics are going to be the special moves from the fighters. The minimum settings for the game is 256 MB of RAM in the video card. That's nothing.

Not really the ultimate edition but yes, I've already said its not graphically intensive.

at what fps would you consider it laggy. I know some pc gamers won't touch a game under 60fps, yet a game running at 25-35 is very playable (ps3). Which is what the hd4000 can push, for quite a few more graphically intense games (at low settings).

Can I get some opinions, guys?

I really want to jump on this deal because the price seems really good for what you get. If it had a SSD or higher resolution, I would have bought it already and it's the only reason I'm on the fence.

gta4 is more cpu dependent. that's why you see the core i7's run it better, even with a shitty gpu.
