I just got a PS Vita recently and I'm wondering how the download works. Let's say you lose your memory card or it gets corrupted. Once you associate the download(code) with your account, are you able to download again to different memory card(that is associated to your account)?

You are able to re-download anything you've purchased (Vita version should show up just like a purchase) as many times as you'd like to as many memory cards as you'd like. You can only have two Vitas active on your account, but re-downloading for any reason should not be an issue.

Me too, Pretty sure the vita version will link with your PSN and PS3 version, so I'm afraid I won't be able to sell the Vita code. Pretty nice deal though, who the hell has a vita lol.
