I use mine for a lot of things, incl calculator (realcalc), tapatalk, contacts, light browsing, personal finance stuff. Not great for most games due to the screen. just wanted to say I got this for $50 refurb and it was probably one of the best purchases I've made this year. I'm a student and I use this things for hours when I'm reading textbook pdfs or studying. It's easier on the eyes and the battery life is ridiculous. Note that the usefulness comes with the rooting and tweaks described by the OP, if you leave it on stock, the jokes that it should be FAR would be spot on.
