I have slingplayer for phones version and there is no problem to play it.

yeah there is no problem with either of the phone versions - slingplayer or sunday ticket - but neither works with the tablet version. the tablet is much better with a bigger screen

Slingplayer is a paid app at $15. It might not be a paid app in other countries (or gets hacked frequently), but with US devices it is. I wouldn't expect it to work unless you had coughed up a fee at some point for that specific device.

I got it running with the non neon latest build. It took a while to first come up, I had to tell it to wait and not kill the process. But it was pretty fast when it was up and running. Tried a couple videos none had issues.

Also keep in mind, it was a little slow going through a standard PC USB port for power. Then I switched over to a iPad rated plug (slightly higher voltage, buy a knock off (I'm not supporting Apple here)) and those issues are gone.

Ohh, and I ordered it on 9/11 and received it today. Rather quite surprising coming from China... Ohh and the plugin power supply is Chinese not US, but at least you get a micro USB cable with it.
