ps . just called again they apologized their system din't take the coupon or some bull poopo, but guys make sure they don't over charge Your CC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so now I have the $115.00 from their mistake and the fixed problem of $72.01 pending on my CC

Mine actually showed up wrong for a few minutes first when they modified my order and then before I even got a chance to call they had corrected it. So now they're saying vanilla capp is discontinued or what?? I really don't want to have to change my order and wait longer yet again...they haven't called me yet.

yes something about some supplier not having or discontinuing the Vanilla Capuccino , so I think you should call and just ask because they are taking for ever just to let us know they don't have certain flavors in stock.

Yeah this place is total BS. They are overcharging me for an order I placed weeks ago. Their phone system is terrible, it takes 4 + business days for them to reply back to a single email. I would rate them a 0/10 in terms of an online retailer. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever even bother to give them any more business.

The thing is , they have good deals but I don't know if your not careful, they will over charge you or never ship nothing to you, it seems there is only one lady working there "Yesenia" I believe . The good thing is, if you call them they will fix the problem immediately over the phone. The thing is sometimes when I call they take up to 30 minutes to answer, sometimes in 30 seconds

I have received multiple orders well packaged but still I don't like the hassles I am going through right now

I called today and they said Vanilla Cappuccino was "discontinued" and French Vanilla was out of stock. I didn't want to wait anymore so they said if I switch the flavors to ones they have (for the same price) they will ship today. I did that and the order status has already changed to shipped.

I switched it to: 2 White Chocolate, 1 Chocolate, 1 Cookies & Cream. Chocolate and Cookies & Cream are their newer flavors and I don't see any reviews of them online yet, so hopefully they're decent. Vanilla Cappuccino had pretty good reviews, so I doubt Betancourt discontinued it, but Nutrasource seems to think so. No point in arguing that, even though I really wanted to try that flavor and the French Vanilla that they didn't have a time estimate on for receiving more.

The woman at nutrasource when you call seems pretty nice, but they definitely can't handle the order volume that slickdeals puts on them. The total for all four tubs was still only $88.08 shipped with a free shaker cup after they removed shipping, so it's still a smoking deal.

Status was changed to "returned" today... LOL I am never ordering from these guys again. Picked up the other deal at vitaminshoppe

What do you mean it changed to returned??? so you ain't getting nothing that sucks I almost cancelled mine too, but like the other guy say's lady was nice so gave them another chance

The status changed to "returned" from "Paid. Shipment Pending". I got the vanilla cappuccino flavor too..

Now I look on my credit card and it shows me being charged $94, but they DID NOT refund me my money. These guys better not be robbing me. They closed now and I cant call them. But holy crap, making changes in transaction without emailing me is just NOT OK!

Call them... Problem will be solved within minutes. They will offer you a few other flavors at the same price..

They let me substitute the other flavors instead of the vanilla cappicuno and didn't charge me extra. My order came yesterday. I asked that they credit me back the shipping charge and they did that too. I even got a free shaker and some samples with the order.

This was kind of a hassle (I probably called Yesenia in customer service 3-4 times), but overall I'm happy with what I got. 4 tubs of Protein for $87 is a really good deal.

They shipped me someone else's order of random pills by mistake. The box had both of our order forms in it. Called, had to ship it back (at least they gave me a return label), and now waiting to receive my order AGAIN. What a mess!

good to know you guys got your items. I called her today and she changed my vanilla cappucinos to chocolate... it's $88 now instead of $94 too
