The goodyear wipers are a good deal IF they work on your car. We have several vehicles & they fit/worked horrible on the ones with J hook wiper arms (adapter didn't click & lock the blade to the wiper arm), then another issue was uneven or non existent coverage on cars with curved windshields. Unlike the picture on the coupon, they don't curve well enough to apply pressure on all parts of the windshield for a clean wipe. It's not my wiper arms/spring tension or a dirty windshield, buying new Bosch icon blades solved the problem.

For SD'ers with M3's & probably regular 3 series, the goodyear adapter for the bmw J hook arm doesnt click & lock in like the factory blade & just about any other aftermarket wiper blade. Then the passenger side worked fine, the driver side the lower portion of the windshield a couple inches above the speedometer, it left unwiped. It was right at eye level for me so it was like the lower driver center portion was obstructed by rain droplets.

On the S2000 I also had the issue with the Goodyear adapter not clicking & locking. Didn't wait for rain to see the performance, after the same experience on the BMW not locking on the arm & poor performance I took them off & returned them. Same on my wife's Acura TL & the 911 S. on the Element suv with a rather flat windshield & not a lot of curvature for the blade to follow, it performed fine other than the J hook adapter issue. Same on the gs460 The rubber wasnt plyable enough & missed portions of the windshield. All in all I wouldn't buy them if you have any of these cars.

The J hook adapter was an obvious design issue. Cant be bad arms or anything else since it was several cars of different makes & models. The not contouring to curved windshields is either a design issue or maybe my local Burbank Costco warehouse had old or bad stock/hardened rubber blades. Either way I returned mine since they didn't secure or wipe well. & yes I know how to install wiper blades, all the other brands I've tried slide into the J hook & the tab clicked & locked.

So if you have a Honda/Acura, BMW or Porsche or a vehicle with the J hook arms & curved windshield like the above models, I wouldn't bother. Nothing like the possibility of your wiper blade flying off in heavy downpour when it didn't wipe well in the first place & you need it most now, or the bare arm hook end scratching your windshield. I'll stick with Bosch, Valeo or Sillblade.

I even had to go into the warehouse 3 times to cover all our cars & avoid the item limit only to return them all.

Don't forget their guarantee. Personally, I love mine.

My sister had a set, after a year it started to sag ( her and her hubby are not heavy at all). So she called them and they came and got it, she ordered a new one she just had delivered. Not sure how that is yet.

I'm thinking of buying mine there also, since they have that great return policy.
