CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM THIS FOR ME!!
I just got off chat (don't worry) and asked which phones allow me to keep me grandfathered plan. The person said as long as I have been
a customer since July 20 2011 using a beyond talk unlimited data plan (not the paylo plan), I can buy ANY PHONE and it'll stay on the grandfathered rate as long as I keep paying my bills on time.
This means it doesn't have to be something that was released before May 2012
**Any beyond talk unlimited data plan phone, not paylo plan phones.
Please reply back if this actually works.....if so I'm buying an EVO V!!

Effing awesome. I changed my plan to start on my next bill cycle, the 7th. I didn't even join VM before they offered this plan, I started in July. Saving $10 makes their sh8tty cell service worth it.

Yes, I think so. Just do the normal activation process and create your account and click the option for the $35 plan and right when they ask you to pay for it just log in to your account, change it, and switch the the $25 plan. Not sure how long this'll last though.

To confirm, I was able to change it on 2 LG Optimus Elites that were activated less than 3 months ago. I did future-date changes.
Hopefully this isn't a mistake on their part and they don't "fix the glitch" and remove my future-dated changes. |
