t-mobile 5 gb dataplan $5/mo for 3 months YMMV
I've had the 2gb data add on for the last year or so, and inadvertently went over the limit a couple days ago and upgraded to the 5 gb plan to un throttle my account until the new bill cycle started.
when i called in to switch back to the 2 gb plan, i was told no need to, as im eligible for the "$20 discount" . usually the 5 gb data plan costs 25 a month. it also includes mobile hotspot/tethering.
was told it's only available for one line per account, only 5 gb accounts or higher are eligible and the discount lasts for three months.
