I went and tested on FF the coupon the OP was referring to and it was attempting to open up a pop-up when I hit the word Print. Did you try this Q? Maybe you are getting a different result?

Edited: Just tested it on a second PC. Same thing. It's asking for me to allow the pop-up, then it gets to the SS page.

Go here [friendshipdairies.com]. It should be a weird page with two urls. Copy either one of them to your clipboard. Then go here [motobit.com], paste the url, and click URL decode. Copy the first decoded url into your address bar and go there and it should—hopefully—work.

I had not tried that specific coupon before, but I just tried it and am getting the popup.

I appreciate everyone's input. When I learn the language, I'll try all the tricks! You guys have to know that I know very little--I relied on my husband if I had any problems. He was the genius with all this stuff, and I really didn't expect him to die at 61 last year and leave me on my own. I thought I had all the time in the world to learn all this computer stuff, esp. since he would have retired this year. Oh, well. The popup thing is interesting because I did notice the page "jumping" when I would try to print. I have to re-read all your info and see if I can implement the fixes you recommend. Thanks, All!

Odie: No mssg. from SS because I never get that far. Just stays on the Friendship home page--and no image like the one you showed. And I thought I was allowing all pop-ups unless I hit something somewhere along the line and changed a setting. I need to keep looking at the info you guys have supplied.

OK--update: went to FF (Friendship Dairies website) and after clicking around a bit, I finally got a message that FF was blocking a pop-up. I told it to allow pop-ups from Friendship. Then it went to the SS page and actually did print the coupon (no Java N/G mssg this time). But this was not anything that would have been obvious to me, as the pop-up mssg. didn't just appear out of the blue--I had to fool around to get it to show up. Seems ridiculous--why can't it just go directly to the cpn printing page? Now that I have the coupon, I wonder if I'll have the same problem someone else had--it didn't double even though it starts with a "5" and doesn't say DND.

Yeah, I owned a Wireless Brother Laser printer....great great printer for printing from all my desktop and laptop computers! Got so many prints out of the cartridges and found cheap toner cartridge refills on Amazon too.

Unfortunately never could find a work-around to get it to print from my I-Pod touch. Ended up getting a crappy HP Wireless inkjet printer just so I could print coupons from it. Terrible ink usage but at least I found a way to buy cheap ink to refill the tiny cartridges myself. The other plus side was the printer itself had an app so could print additional ones from the printer itself.

Thanks! Maybe I can get an old HP wireless from my boss. He gets a new on each year it seems! You're right, HP sucks ink like crazy, but the just for the coupons it's worth it. I buy my cheap toner off of Amazon too. Works great.

thanks for the info... guess I'll try to find a cheap HP one too. Agree, purchased all my OEM brother toner from Amazon for the wireless printer I had too. I recently had to replaced the drum, original Brother drum purchased from Staples as it keeps having the message "drum life end" and DH couldn't figure out how to correct that and he couldn't find one that's compatible to replace it

HP Photosmart D110...got it at a decent price with some coupon I think from Staples about a year and a half ago. Don't know if they still make or not or have moved on to other models.

Another quirk with that is I can't figure out how to get the coupons.com app on the printer itself to print in black and white rather than color which is frustrating.

EDIT: Found a remanufactured one on Walmart for $54... don't know if D110a is exactly the same or not as the D110 but it looks just like mine:

I've owned 5 or 6 HP's and with all of them, I have had to go into the Properties folder and the Preferences tab (advanced) and reset them to "black ink only". I have to do this on every single laptop. If I only go through Properties, it doesn't stick. Have to do both. And of course, I have to UNdo them from time to time because someone will need to print something in color.

It's a pain but with 8 laptops, it does save me a ton on color ink.

On most computers I can get two prints from coupons .com, but on one of my laptops I can only ever get one before I get print limit reached. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? It's driving me crazy and I couldn't find any info when I searched.

I open 2 windows for C.C, RP, SS ... all of them. I have the coupons checked off to print in both windows. (Or 2 Bricks/SS windows if it's a direct link). Then I hit "print" on the first one, wait until it finishes, then hit "print" on the second. That seems to work.

Like you, for 2 of my laptops I was having that same problem--it would never let me have another print when using the same window. The above seemed to take care of it though.
