Play instant win game between 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time ("CT") on September 4, 2012 and 12:00 p.m. CT on November 25, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of September 4, 2012.

To obtain two (2) Game Codes without making a purchase, call toll-free, 1-888-277-4390 from your touch-tone telephone and follow the automated instructions. Limit one (1) request for two (2) Game Codes per day.
Limit one (1) Play per person/email address per day.
Thirty-two (32) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to a 2013 NFL regular-season game to see the NFL team winner selects; however, Sponsor will determine the game day. All tickets and game date are subject to availability and change. Seating assignments at the game are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Transportation, accommodations, meals and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled games. ARV of each Grand Prize: $500.
One hundred (100) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Play60 Activity Set consisting of football, cones, weights, jump rope, and journal. ARV of each First Prize: $75.
One thousand (1,000) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive a Quaker/Play60 branded t-shirt. ARV of each Second Prize: $10.
Limit one (1) prize per household. Total ARV of all prizes is $33,500. Allow 6-8 weeks after winner verification to receive prize.
