I don't know if the design has been changed much over the last couple of years, but I've had some problems with my own B70. I had to have it replaced twice. The first time was due to keurig's fairly well-known "partial-cup" problem. This problem cropped up just a few months after purchase. The second replacement resulted from a weak water pump. The unit just wouldn't pump enough water to brew a cup--the water would come out as a trickle and then just stop. This malfunction occurred right at the end of the manufacturer's year long warranty period.
On the plus side, Keurig customer service has been for the most part above and beyond. I was able to get a replacement for my first unit without much hassle. I just had to perform some tests and other steps requested by customer service. The second time around, I got an inexperienced cs agent who guided me through a bunch of useless procedures that wasted lots of time. This person sent me out a replacement part that I knew had nothing to do with the problem. When I tried again a couple of weeks later, I got someone very friendly and customer oriented. I was able to get a replacement even though the unit, itself a replacement, had actually been a month and a half outside the warranty period.
In short--keurig build quality--questionable. Keurig customer service--very good.
PS--I believe this is costco's everyday price as well. I think it's been this price for a couple of years.
