1 year of Free Crashplan Subscription- Unlimited backup

For existing paid CrashPlan members, you can do the following to utilize the free year trial and get a prorated refund for the time you had left.

They changed the eligibility requirements to add a bullet explicitly calling out being a current Carbonite Customer:
Must be a Carbonite customer
This offer is available in the continental US only.

You receive a code via email.

The code can be used with existing accounts to add a free 1 year subscription to a computer. (it will add it automatically if you use the same email address, at least it did for me.)

You can get multiple codes using "private" browsing (so as to not save cookies) and multiple email addresses. (The gmail "." trick works.)

You must enter the code using the CrashPlan program on your computer to get more than a 30 day trial. (Screenshot below)

Your internet UPLOAD speed is probably pretty slow. It can take a LONG time to send a couple hundred gigabytes of data. (Screenshot below). Most upload speeds on DSL are between 300-800, on cable between 1,000-5,000.
