Eligibility: Papa John’s Two Million Pizza Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old and a Papa Rewards member at the time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings and/or the “steps” of each and persons residing in their household (collectively referred to as “Ineligible Individuals”) of (A) Papa John’s USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Fleishman-Hillard, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising, promotion and web design agencies; (B) third party partners or entities involved in the creation, administration or supply to this Sweepstakes, and their respective affiliates, assigns or representatives; (C) the National Football League (“NFL”), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (“NFL Entities”) are not eligible to win.
