Repped Thanks for the find. Awesome app. I cleaned up my duplicate contacts in minutes. I had synch issue resulting in so many contacts duplicated while addressing. Tried to manually address as time permitted but this app did it in seconds. And I found some other issues I did not know existed e.g. duplicate phones, duplicate emails, no phone number. I cleaned/organized everything in minutes.

Huh, maybe if I didnt already meticulously maintain my gmail contact list (which I use in iOS for my Address Book and Calendar), but for those needing these organizational tools, ya cant beat the price!

Hmm... great concept but I'm not so sure about the implementation when it comes to handling groups. I use iCloud as primary source of contact and separate people into groups (soccer team, work, single women my wife shouldn't know about, etc) for distribution purposes. As soon as you merge a few of the contacts together, they're pulled out of the groups back into the primary contacts.

I looked at this one before, when it was recommended on Macbreak Weekly but many reviews said that it was messing up with facebook sync and, worse, did something like spamming your contacts to let them know you have their info or something stupid like that...

I have immense amount of contacts (1,200 approx) and most have multiple emails and phone numbers. Some even have about 10 different phone numbers that I have to keep a track of. My problem is I use an Android and my girl uses an iPhone. The gmail contacts display 'meticulously' in Android devices but iPhone and iOS devices literally mess up my gmail contacts. I sync using Exchange account settings for gmail. With iOS - it picks 2 to 3 phone numbers randomly at will from each contact and does NOT display all (say 10) phone numbers associated with that contact. Now if I make a modification in a contact in the iOS device - say edit a number, or add or remove a number, then the iOS device basically only retains those 2 or 3 numbers as edited and removes the other 6-7 phone numbers (or emails for that matter) from the google contacts repository. HELP !!!
