It's coming up 1285 for me before rebate. Did I miss the boat? Also, is the 18-55 an STM lens (I don't think so or else it would say so -debating between this deal and some others with the 18-135 STM lens/55-250 IS for around $1200 AR - not an advanced photographer yet so not sure about the useful functional difference between the 18-55 vs 18-135 for basic vacation shots, etc.).

How did you get the SD card for free? When I contacted them they told me I could only use one promotion which, for my order, was the $150 off the Canon EF-S 55-250mm lens.
